The culcha.Programming App is provides you with Running and Hybrid workouts that are customized to your specific needs created by the two-times HYROX World Champion Tim Wenisch. It contains the following functions:
- Dashboard with an overview of your workouts today and performance of the week.
- Doing workouts that save the weigths used for each exercise and shows them for the upcoming ones
- Giving feedback to your coach for each workout via the app
- Chat with your coach directly or exchange with others in groups
- Reschedule your workouts
- Add new workouts to your workout schedule
- See your performance for specific exercises in the form of graphs
- See how many workouts you have completed every week and how many are left
- See posts from the coach
- See notifications about new posts, challenges and messages
- Take part in challenges and compete agains other athletes on the platform
- See your history of challenges
- Add a profile picture that is shown in the chat and challenges section
- Change your personal information in the account info section
- Add your personal records for each exercise
- see your performance over time for each of the exercises
- Select your gender, weight unit and language preference
- For female athletes: Use the period calendar that gives you an overview of your performance level over the month
- Select the times and days where you want to do your workout, which exercises are not available and when you are on holidays.
- Select your next race day and the day when you want to do your next race simulation to get an adjusted workout plan
- See already completed workouts in the workout history section
- Send a Requeset to the admins using the contact us form
- Connect your fitness watch with the app to see the data from it in the app
- Select the injuries you have to get adjusted workouts
